Your actions

Your actions, your words they have this effect, they cause a reaction to another person. You need to think about what you say. Before you say too much.

If you say too much, you can break a person down. Some people can hide it. Some can't. More people need to understand this. Even if they look fine, they might not be. You never know.

They could have the biggest smile, but also the biggest demons. They could have such a bubbly laugh but also the biggest scars. They could be the most popular, but the most tormented mind. The kindest spirits could have the most broken of souls.

Careless actions and words can drive you to the brink of insanity. You think horrid thoughts. You think you’re worth nothing. Even when people tell you differently, you think they’re lying. Some cut their arms to calm their thoughts, some take it full blast.

Just think when you say that one word, it could change a life, or end it. Your actions, your words they stick like glue. There are people that can help, but some people just don’t want to tell people. Some will help, Some people think that they need to just get over it. It’s a time-consuming process to get out and some never do.

Some people never realize that people go through this. Some people never realize that their actions could kill, even if they didn't mean it. You, the person reading this need to realize if you haven't yet that your actions could kill.
